About The Position

Red River Human Services Foundation is hiring a full-time LPN to work in its Fargo/West Fargo homes, supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The LPN assesses, monitors, and reports on the health of the people supported, provides nursing care, and works as part of a team to ensure quality oversight. The role also represents and serves as a liaison for RRHSF with internal and external contacts and includes completing staff orientation and annual trainings. Hours are primarily 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Current North Dakota LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and report on the health of people supported who have developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Provide excellent nursing care for the people supported.
• Work efficiently and productively as a team member to ensure quality oversight.
• Serve as a liaison for and represent RRHSF with internal and external contacts.
• Complete orientation and annual trainings for staff.
• Assist the RN with training, supervising, and educating staff.
• Comply with policies and procedures.
