About The Position
Dallas Retirement Village is seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse to provide hands-on resident care and shift leadership in its Health Center in Dallas, Oregon. The Charge Nurse oversees daily nursing operations, supports nursing assistants, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and helps maintain a safe and supportive environment while ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate, resident-centered care. The position is on the day shift, from 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Oregon.
- Strong clinical knowledge of nursing care practices.
- Supervisory experience or ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workflow.
- Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care.
- Customer service mindset and team-oriented approach.
Nice To Haves
- Current BLS CPR certification is preferred.
