New Grad LPN - Nurse Residency in Minneapolis
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring new graduate LPNs for its paid Nurse Residency Program in Minneapolis and surrounding Minnesota communities. The program is designed to help new nurses build confidence, competence, and real-world experience through hands-on paid training, one-to-one support, award-winning simulation labs, and 24/7 clinical mentorship. Nurses provide home care to local clients and can work schedules close to home, with flexible shift lengths and daytime or overnight options. The position is full-time, with 36 or more hours per week. Compensation is $25–$27 per hour, with overnight and weekend differentials. The role includes weekly pay, PTO, electronic charting, and a $1,200 nurse referral bonus. BAYADA describes its residency as the only home care nurse residency accredited by the ANCC. The Minnesota skilled nursing offices serve clients in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and other communities across the state.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota, or pending licensure with an NCLEX date.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities

- Participate in the paid Nurse Residency Program, including hands-on training and simulation labs.
