About The Position
NurseCore is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 12-hour night shifts in and around Marion County, Florida. Home Health staff provide compassionate, one-on-one care to people who are ill, injured, recovering from surgery or illness, living with chronic disease, or living with disabilities in their homes. Caregivers work with patients and families to provide personalized care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being, while following applicable laws, regulations, agency policies, and professional standards to ensure safe and effective care.
Requirements
- Must have ventilator, tracheostomy, and G-tube experience, or be willing to learn.
- Current medical license or certification in Florida.
- Successful completion of skills assessment(s) specific to area(s) of experience.
- Current hands-on CPR certification.
- Proof of negative TB test (titer or chest X-ray).
- Must complete a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Responsibilities
