About The Position
NurseCore is seeking dedicated registered nurses to provide home care in and around Marion County on 12-hour night shifts. Home Health staff provide compassionate, one-on-one care in patients’ homes to individuals who are ill, injured, recovering from surgery or illness, living with chronic disease, or living with disabilities. Caregivers work with patients and families to deliver personalized care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being while following applicable laws, regulations, agency policies, and professional standards to ensure safe and effective care.
Requirements
- Vent, tracheostomy, and G-tube experience, or willingness to learn.
- Current medical license or certification in the state of Florida.
- Successful completion of skills assessment(s) specific to area(s) of experience.
- Current hands-on CPR certification.
- Proof of negative TB test (titer or chest X-ray).
- Complete a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
