About The Position
NurseCore is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 8–12-hour shifts in and around Marion County. The role involves providing compassionate, one-to-one care to patients in their homes who may be ill, injured, recovering from surgery or illness, managing chronic disease, or living with disabilities. Care is intended to promote patients’ independence, dignity, and well-being. Home Health staff work closely with patients and their families and must follow applicable laws, regulations, agency policies, and professional standards to provide safe, effective care. Requirements
- Must have ventilator, tracheostomy, and G-tube experience, or be willing to learn.
- Current medical license or certification in the state of Florida.
- Successful completion of skills assessments specific to areas of experience.
- Current hands-on CPR certification.
- Proof of a negative TB test (titer or chest X-ray).
- Must complete a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
