About The Position

The LPN Resource Pool position supports continuity of healthcare services by covering critical openings in specialized areas and helping maintain robust staffing profiles, especially during peak seasons. The role offers flexible working options for allied health professionals. Under the supervision of an RN, the LPN provides nursing care to patients in cooperation with ancillary nursing personnel and other patient team members, maintaining standards of care in the clinical setting and utilizing the nursing process.

Requirements

• Current licensure by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Cover critical openings in specialized areas.
• Help maintain robust staffing profiles, especially during peak seasons.
• Provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN.
