About The Position
Provide nursing care and support to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility. The nurse will work night shifts and be responsible for resident care, medication administration, and documentation using the American Data ECS charting system.
Requirements
- Current LPN licensure.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with American Data ECS charting system is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Monitor and document resident health and progress using the facility's charting system.
- Assist with hand-feeding and tube feeding as needed.
