About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide nursing care and support to residents in a long-term care, rehabilitation, and dementia setting. The LPN ensures the physical, mental, and emotional needs of residents are met in accordance with established care plans and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable travel experience
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or dementia care settings
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident health and report changes to the healthcare team
