About The Position
Long Term Care facility on site of hospital. Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, Tracheostomy Care, and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Proof of flu vaccination required prior to contract start date
- Must arrive the Thursday before start for employee health appointment on Friday
Responsibilities
