About The Position

Sprenger Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Healthcare Team at Amherst Manor in Amherst, Ohio. The LPN’s primary responsibility is to assess residents’ needs, administer medications and treatments, and support residents and their families. The position offers a competitive wage based on experience and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Sprenger Health Care operates senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina, providing nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to nursing care.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations.
