About The Position
Skylake Post Acute is hiring Full-Time LPN's. Open Positions include Full Time 2pm-10pm with rotating weekend schedule or Sunday-Thursday; and Part Time 2pm-10pm Sunday and Monday. Skylake Post Acute is one of the largest skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in Colorado, and we pride ourselves on being the top choice for rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care. We are searching for passionate and dedicated professionals to become part of our family.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing facility is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
- May include supervision of nurse assistants
- Medication passes and treatments
