About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team. This position involves providing high-quality care to residents during night and day shifts.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient health and vital signs.
- Administer medications and provide treatment as prescribed by the healthcare team.
- Assist in the daily care and activities of residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charting.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
