About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) to join our healthcare team. This position is available for immediate start and involves a standard full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, primarily from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with every other weekend and holiday off. Your contributions will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Ability to efficiently pass medications and perform necessary treatments.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PCC charting is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in long-term care or nursing homes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and participate in treatment plans for residents.
• Document patient care and progress using paper Medication Administration Records (MAR) and Treatment Administration Records (TAR).
• Provide compassionate care to residents in long-term care settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
