About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents and support their well-being in a professional environment.

Requirements

• Current LPN License in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Must meet health and safety standards, including maintaining clean and short fingernails.
• Must have a current flu vaccination.

Nice To Haves

• IV certification is a plus; please specify if you possess this certification.
• Artificial nails (including gel or shellac) are not permitted for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by supervising medical staff.
• Conduct regular health assessments and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and medication administration.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
