About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable travel experience in nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long Term Care.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is required; candidates should be prepared to discuss this during the interview process.
• Current nursing license in the state of practice.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Point Click Care (PCC) charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal resident outcomes.
• Monitor patient condition and report any changes to medical staff promptly.
• Assist with daily living activities to ensure residents’ comfort and dignity.
• Participate in care planning and evaluate care effectiveness regularly.
