LPN Supervisor
About The Position
CareOne at Lowell is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor in Lowell, Massachusetts, for its long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facility. The role coordinates and oversees the nursing process for assigned residents and provides care in accordance with each resident’s nursing and medical plan of care, applicable state and federal regulations, and accepted nursing standards of practice. The supervisor also provides administrative supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses in the building assigned and within the supervisor’s discipline.
Requirements
- Graduate from a credentialed school of nursing.
- Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day nursing process for residents assigned to the supervisor’s care.
- Provide direct and indirect care in accordance with each resident’s nursing and medical plan of care, state and federal regulations, and accepted nursing standards of practice.
- Administratively supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of the supervisor’s discipline in the assigned building, following applicable state and federal guidelines.
