LPN Supervisor
About The Position
CareOne at Lowell is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor at its Lowell, Massachusetts facility. The role coordinates and oversees the nursing process for assigned residents, provides care in accordance with each resident’s nursing and medical plan of care, and ensures care follows applicable state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards. The supervisor also provides administrative supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses in the assigned building and discipline. Candidates must have graduated from a credentialed school of nursing and hold a current nursing license in the state of practice. The listed salary range is $45–$48; compensation may depend on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and applicable differentials.
Requirements
- Graduate from a credentialed school of nursing.
- Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day nursing process for residents assigned to their care.
- Provide direct and indirect care in accordance with each resident’s nursing and medical plan of care, state and federal regulations, and accepted nursing standards of practice.
- Administratively supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of the applicable discipline in the assigned building.
- Ensure supervision follows accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
