LPN Supervisor
About The Position
CareOne at Northampton is hiring a Nurse Supervisor in Northampton, Massachusetts. The Licensed Practical Nurse coordinates and oversees the nursing process for residents assigned to their care, provides or oversees care consistent with each resident’s nursing and medical plan, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards. The role also supervises Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of the applicable disciplines in the assigned building. The position offers compensation of $45.00–$48.00 per hour. Compensation may depend on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and applicable shift or day differentials.
Requirements
- Graduate from a credentialed school of nursing.
- Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day nursing process for assigned residents.
- Provide direct and indirect care according to each resident’s nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
- Administratively supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of the applicable disciplines in the assigned building.
- Ensure supervision follows applicable state and federal guidelines for each discipline.
