About The Position
CareOne at Northampton is hiring a Weekend Nurse Supervisor in Northampton, Massachusetts. The role coordinates and oversees the nursing process for assigned residents and provides direct and indirect care in accordance with residents’ nursing and medical plans, applicable state and federal regulations, and accepted nursing standards. The supervisor also provides administrative supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses in the assigned building, following applicable guidelines. The listed hourly compensation is $45.00–$48.00; compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and applicable shift or day differentials.
Requirements
- Graduate from a credentialed school of nursing.
- Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day nursing process for residents assigned to the supervisor’s care.
- Provide direct and indirect resident care according to each resident’s nursing and medical plan of care, state and federal regulations, and accepted nursing standards of practice.
- Administratively supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses in the assigned building.
- Ensure supervision follows accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
