About The Position

LifePath is hiring an LPN or RN to provide nursing care in a residential group home serving adults with developmental and physical disabilities. The role works with direct care staff to help ensure residents’ needs are met, including personal care, meals, transportation, household duties, medication administration, medical appointments, assessments, treatments, and required medical and other documentation. Training is provided on site. Full-time and part-time schedules are available for second shift and awake overnight shifts, including every other weekend.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean three-year record.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and comprehend English to understand work assignments and LifePath policies and procedures and to perform the job safely.

Responsibilities

• Work with direct care staff to ensure residents’ needs are met.
• Provide or support personal care, meals, transportation, and household duties.
• Administer medications.
• Attend medical appointments.
• Conduct medical assessments and treatments.
• Complete required medical and other documentation and paperwork.
