About The Position
Brightview Senior Living is hiring a full-time LPN or RN to provide personal care, medication support, and companionship to residents. The role includes monitoring residents’ wellbeing, communicating changes in their condition or care plans, and collaborating with the Health Services Director to assess and document resident assessments at required intervals. The listed pay range is $33.00–$39.50 per hour; offers may vary based on experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training. The range excludes any applicable bonuses or incentives and the value of benefits.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse or Practical/Vocational Nurse.
- At least one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute care, or long-term care.
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care, assistance, support, and companionship to residents.
- Administer or assist with medications according to each resident’s care plan.
- Engage residents, check on their wellbeing, and communicate changes in condition or care plans.
- Inspire the team and collaborate with the Health Services Director to assess and document resident assessments at state- or Brightview-specified intervals.
