About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is seeking LPNs or RNs to provide one-on-one home care to children and adults in St. Louis, Missouri. Nurses provide care in patients’ homes in accordance with the physician’s care plan, monitor and document patient conditions, assist with daily activities, record vital signs, and provide caregiver relief. The posting advertises Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday, 10 p.m.–6 a.m. schedules. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately. No pediatric or home care experience is required.
Requirements
- Active Missouri nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
