LPN/RN Wellness Director

Brookdale Senior Living Inc.•Grove City, OH

About The Position

As LPN/RN Wellness Director at Brookdale Pinnacle, a 106-apartment assisted living and memory care community, you will lead and manage the clinical team’s operations to provide high-quality care and services. You will build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to coordinate personalized care; collaborate with community leadership; mentor and engage associates; and foster resident and family satisfaction. The role manages day-to-day clinical services in a more complex community and ensures residents’ healthcare needs are met as those needs change. The Director supervises, leads, and coaches licensed nurses and other direct care staff and may lead an additional clinical leadership team of up to five members. The role’s level is based on community complexity, including factors such as size, product lines, medication-management regulations, assessment requirements, licensure requirements, regulatory complexity, and skilled services requiring an RN. Brookdale supports nurse leaders with a structured six-week orientation, online resources, local nurse mentors, ongoing collaborative support, tuition reimbursement, and potential opportunities across its network of communities. The posting describes this as an opportunity for a nurse leader advancing professionally or an experienced Wellness Director seeking to contribute to a mission- and purpose-driven organization.
