About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring an LPN or RN to provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care in patients’ homes. The role offers consistent schedules and long-term cases, with the opportunity to build relationships with patients and families. Weekend day shifts receive a $3-per-hour premium. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Compensation is competitive and based on experience; employees are paid weekly and receive paid training and ongoing clinical support. Mileage reimbursement is available where applicable.
Requirements
- Active Missouri RN or LPN license, or a Compact license.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes.
- Administer and manage medications.
- Monitor and document patient conditions.
- Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Educate, encourage, and support family members.
- Work with the Phoenix clinical team to provide care.
