About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring an LPN or RN to provide pediatric home care. Nurses provide compassionate, one-on-one care in patients’ homes, work on consistent schedules with long-term cases, and build relationships with patients and families. The role offers flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time opportunities, paid training, and ongoing clinical support. Premium pay is offered for weekday overnight and weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Active Missouri RN or LPN license, or a Compact license.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes.
- Administer and manage medications.
- Monitor and document patient conditions.
- Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Educate, encourage, and support family members.
- Work with the Phoenix clinical team to provide care.
