LPN/RN Pediatric Home Care Weekend days
About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring an LPN or RN to provide pediatric nursing care in patients’ homes, with a focus on weekend day shifts. Nurses care for one patient at a time, follow consistent schedules on long-term cases, and work close to home while building relationships with patients and families. The position offers flexible scheduling, a supportive clinical team, and full-time or part-time opportunities. Weekend day shifts receive an additional $3 per hour. Pay is competitive and based on experience, with weekly pay, paid training, ongoing clinical support, and mileage reimbursement where applicable.
Requirements
- Active Missouri RN or LPN license, or a Compact license.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes.
- Administer and manage medications.
- Monitor and document patient conditions.
- Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Educate, encourage, and support family members.
- Work alongside the Phoenix clinical team to provide exceptional care.
