LPN/RN Home Care (Children and Young Adults)
About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in Joplin and surrounding communities, including Webb City, Carl Junction, Carthage, Neosho, and nearby areas. This role offers 1:1 patient care, providing a different nursing experience away from the hospital setting. The position focuses on caring for one patient and one family at a time, offering meaningful 1:1 care. Opportunities for supplemental income and flexible scheduling are available, including weekdays, weekends, and overnights. The company emphasizes consistent cases and schedules with weekly pay and premium shift opportunities.
Requirements
- LPN or RN license
- Ability to provide 1:1 patient care
- Willingness to work with a flexible schedule
- Pediatric experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the PDN side of nursing.
