About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in Joplin and surrounding communities, including Webb City, Carl Junction, Carthage, Neosho, Pittsburg, KS, and nearby areas. This role offers 1:1 patient care, focusing on children and young adults, providing an alternative to the hospital environment. It's an opportunity to earn supplemental income with consistent cases and schedules, including weekend and overnight shifts. The company emphasizes meaningful 1:1 care and offers paid training and clinical support.
Requirements
- Licensed LPN or RN.
- Willingness to provide 1:1 patient care.
- Ability to work weekends or overnights.
- Must be able to work consistent cases and schedules.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is a plus.
- Experience in Private Duty Nursing (PDN).
