About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in Joplin and surrounding communities. This role offers a different way to practice nursing, focusing on 1:1 patient care with children and young adults, away from the demands of a hospital setting. The position provides consistent cases and schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for supplemental income, including overnight and weekend shifts. The company emphasizes meaningful 1:1 care and offers competitive pay with premium shift differentials for weekday overnights, weekend days, and weekend overnights.
Requirements
- LPN or RN license
- Ability to provide 1:1 patient care
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and overnights
- Ability to work in Joplin and surrounding communities
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience
- Experience with the PDN side of nursing
