About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in Joplin and surrounding communities, including Webb City, Carl Junction, Carthage, Neosho, and Pittsburg, KS. This role offers a different way to practice nursing, focusing on 1:1 patient care in a home setting rather than a hospital environment. It provides an opportunity for consistent supplemental income, with flexible scheduling options for weekdays, weekends, and overnights. The position emphasizes meaningful 1:1 care with one patient and one family at a time.

Requirements

• LPN or RN license
• Willingness to provide 1:1 patient care
• Ability to work consistent cases and schedules
• Availability for weekday, weekend, or overnight shifts
• Must be able to work in Sarcoxie, MO and surrounding communities including Webb City, Carl Junction, Carthage, Neosho, Pittsburg, KS.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience is a plus
• Experience with the PDN side of nursing

Responsibilities
