About The Position
BAYADA is seeking new graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for their Nurse Residency Program in home care. This program is designed to help nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients and provides in-depth training and support from clinical managers to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. The program offers one-on-one patient care, allowing nurses to work with people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the ANCC.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting.
- Work with clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
