Requirements

- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care during weekend shifts, including medication administration, wound care, and telemetry monitoring.
- Assess and document resident conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate residents and their families on health maintenance, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Advocate for residents’ needs and preferences while respecting their rights and dignity.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
