About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses to provide skilled and private duty care in Ionia, Michigan, and surrounding areas. Nurses serve a diverse patient group in various settings and are expected to provide professional care that enhances patients’ lives. The position includes patient assessments, recordkeeping, and support with transitioning patients from a facility to a home setting.

Requirements

• Current Michigan nursing license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage records, complete necessary paperwork, and perform patient assessments.
• Work independently.
• Participate in training and transitioning patients from a facility to the home setting.
• Comply with all policies and standards of safety and infection control.
• Perform duties in a courteous, customer-focused manner in accordance with AdvisaCare’s standards of practice.
