About The Position
Brookdale is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for its Skilled Nursing Unit. The role supports residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being; monitors care in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans; documents resident responses; and administers medications while maintaining the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room and following company systems, procedures, and processes. An LPN or LVN license is required under applicable state regulations. Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
- Monitor resident care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans and document responses to care plans.
