LPN or RN In Home Nurse Visits
About The Position
Integrity Home Health Care is hiring an LPN or RN to provide one-on-one routine skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes and communities in Springfield, Missouri, and surrounding areas. Visits typically last 30–60 minutes and focus on medication setup and general health assessments, helping patients maintain independence and quality of life. The role is paid per visit, and the nurse schedules visits flexibly. A company car is available for pickup and drop-off at the Springfield office, or the nurse may use a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Requirements
- Current Missouri or Compact RN or LPN license in good standing.
- At least 1 year of paid RN or LPN experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine skilled nursing visits lasting 30–60 minutes in patients’ homes and communities.
- Set up medications and perform general health assessments.
- Schedule patient visits in accordance with the nurse’s flexible schedule.
