LPN or RN In Home Nurse Visits
About The Position
Integrity Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes and communities in Springfield, Missouri, and surrounding areas. The role centers on routine skilled nursing visits lasting 30–60 minutes, including medication setup and general health assessments, to help patients maintain independence and quality of life. Visits are paid per visit (PPV), and nurses schedule visits to fit their availability. The role does not require nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call work. Nurses may use a company car, picked up and dropped off at the Springfield office, or receive mileage reimbursement for using a personal vehicle. Integrity Home Health Care offers weekly pay, a variety of schedules, and a 401(k).
Requirements
- Current Missouri or Compact RN or LPN license in good standing.
- At least one year of paid RN or LPN experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities

- Set up medications and conduct general health assessments.
- Schedule patient visits accordingly.
