About The Position

Brookdale is hiring an LPN or LVN to support residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being. The role includes monitoring resident care in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans, documenting responses to care, administering medications, and maintaining the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room while following company systems, procedures, and processes. An LPN or LVN license is required as specified by state regulations.
