About The Position

Brookdale is seeking an LPN or LVN to support residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being. The nurse monitors resident care in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans and documents responses to care. The role also includes administering medications, maintaining the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and following company systems, procedures, and processes. An LPN or LVN license is required in accordance with state regulations.
