About The Position

Brookdale is seeking an LPN or LVN to support residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being. The nurse monitors residents’ care in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans, documents responses to care, administers medications, and maintains the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room while following company systems, procedures, and processes. An LPN or LVN license is required in accordance with state regulations.
