About The Position
Brookdale is hiring a full-time LPN or LVN for the 3 PM–11 PM second shift. The nurse supports a physical, social, and psychological environment that is in residents’ best interests; monitors care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans and documents responses; and administers medications while maintaining the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room and following company systems, procedures, and processes. An LPN or LVN license is required under state regulations.

- Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
- Monitor resident care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans and document responses to care plans.
- Administer medications.
- Ensure the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
- Adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.
