About The Position

The LPN or LVN supports residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being. The role monitors resident care in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans, documents responses to care, administers medications, and helps maintain the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room while following company systems, procedures, and processes. An LPN or LVN license is required in accordance with state regulations.
