About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse Residents to provide home health care to clients in the Fayetteville, North Carolina metro area. The Nurse Residency Program is designed to help new graduate nurses launch their careers through eight weeks of instruction—including online coursework, in-person labs, and precepted clinical care—followed by extended oversight and ongoing training. Residents practice skills in a simulation lab and work independently in clients’ homes only when they feel comfortable and ready. Each resident receives a dedicated clinical mentor and opportunities to care for clients of different ages, diagnoses, and needs. The role involves providing safe, compassionate one-on-one care, monitoring clients’ conditions, carrying out and documenting physicians’ orders, completing comprehensive assessments, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. Pay starts at $25 per hour during the eight-week residency and increases to a starting rate of $27 per hour after program completion. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options are available following the full-time core program.
