LPN Nurse Residency Program
About The Position
BAYADA’s Nurse Residency Program is a paid program for new graduate nurses in home care and is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Nurses provide one-on-one patient care to people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, with opportunities to explore their clinical interests. Clinical Managers support new nurses as they develop comfort and confidence in their skills. The program includes in-depth paid training from day one and access to adult and pediatric simulation labs. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling around the nurse’s availability, short commutes by working close to home, and around-the-clock clinical support. The listed pay is $20/21/22. Requirements
- Current valid nursing license.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
