LPN Nurse Residency Program
About The Position
BAYADA’s LPN Nurse Residency Program is a paid residency program for new graduate nurses entering home care. The program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. BAYADA provides in-depth paid training from day one, with clinical managers supporting new nurses as they build confidence and skills. Nurses provide one-on-one care to clients of all ages and with varied diagnoses and acuity levels. The role offers flexible scheduling around availability, short commutes by working close to home, and around-the-clock clinical support. Pay is listed as $23/24/25. Requirements
- Current valid nursing license.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care in home care settings.
- Care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
- Participate in paid residency training and develop nursing skills with support from clinical managers.
