LPN Nurse Residency Program
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring for its paid Nurse Residency Program for new graduate LPNs in home care. The program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Nurses provide one-on-one patient care to people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, with the opportunity to explore their clinical interests. Clinical Managers support new nurses as they build confidence and skills. The role includes in-depth paid training from day one, access to adult and pediatric simulation labs, electronic charting using AlayaCare, and around-the-clock clinical support. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling around the nurse’s availability and assignments close to home. Pay is listed as $23/24/25. Requirements
- Current valid nursing license.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home care to patients.
