About The Position

Our client is seeking an LPN/LVN for a Long Term Care (LTC) position in Saint Louis, Missouri. The schedule is a 3x12 day shift. Applicants must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must also meet the listed documentation, certification, screening, and vaccination requirements.

Requirements

• Current state licensure.
• At least 1 year of recent experience.
• Current resume.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
• Two current clinical references.
• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months.
• TB skin test completed within the last 12 months.
• Titers for MMR, Hep B, and Varicella.
• Respiratory fit test completed within the last 12 months.
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and a urine drug screening.
