About The Position
Our client is seeking an LPN/LVN for a long-term care (LTC) position in Louisville, Kentucky. The position is a 3x12 night shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The role requires pre-employment screening, including background and urine drug screening.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening
