About The Position
Our client is seeking an LPN/LVN for a Long Term Care (LTC) position in Louisville, Kentucky. The position is scheduled for three 12-hour day shifts. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must also meet the stated documentation, certification, screening, and vaccination requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
