About The Position
Our client is seeking an LPN/LVN for a long-term care (LTC) position in Reidsville, North Carolina. The role is for a 5x8 evening shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The position requires current clinical documentation and certifications, specified health screenings and vaccinations, and successful completion of pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening
